Music. Isn’t it one of the most wonderful things in the world? Well, if you are a music lover or a musician yourself, Cuttin’ Heads by D.A. Watson is THE book for you.
The book follows the lives of three music-addicts- three adults who are too much into the musical world and dream of being known in the world for their flair in the field. Aldo, Luce, and Ross are a band of three. ‘Public Alibi’ is their band’s name. While Aldo works at a call centre, Luce at a college and Ross at a hospital, the trio makes it a point to save some time for the band practice almost every day.
These three people have their own lives and troubles. However, they all find peace when they’re immerced into the magical world of tunes. They’ve performed at a few gigs but are still waiting for the golden hour when they’ll finally be signed into a professional recording contract. They are for sure ready to give their everything to music.
This book has a ton of mysterious elements. The mystery hits a notch up when the trio is invited for a contract by a seemingly anonymous group. Easy Rollin’ Records has no traces on the internet yet, they claim to be the very company that records with the most successful bands. To know if Public Alibi gets signed with Easy Rollin’ Records or not, read the book!
The book deals with mystery, murder, and passion. There’s a lot of things that keep happening. I definitely recommend this one to anybody who likes reading mystery and murder novels. It is also for those who are absolutely into music and for those who do not mind some awesome fast-paced reads!
