Seals
By Meher Gandhi
It’s like broken seals
Spread out on meadows,
Too yellow for your taste.
Anomaly atrociously,
The taste of shattering and the glass pieces
Hurting.
Red, vermilion.
Too many in a million
To break and one to fix.
Seals are too tight
So you throw bottles
With too much fizz and bubble
On the rubble.
Drum sticks hard for the drum,
Too loud for your ears.
Breaking, shattering sounding louder.
Breaking, shattering hearts harder.
Been too long. But, it feels so good now. Hope you’re all doing well!
Much love,
Meher
