If you've seen my book haul, you know I've got this one! Isn't this book pretty?! I love the cover! 'False Lights' by K.J. Whittaker is set in the time when Napolean had won the Battle of Waterloo and Engliand was under the French occupation. The story revolves around a girl who was found half-drowned on a Cornish beach "escaping French soldiers after the murder of her black sea captain father". It sounds amazing! I just had to pick it up!
