More To You
By Meher Gandhi
To the you, who still needs this;
To the you, who doesn’t believe it,
I say,
Dear old friend,
There is ecstasy in the deepest cracks.
There’s fire where you see huge tides,
And to the light, you’re simply blind.
Where nothing’s wrong, you don’t see the just,
Why not admit you’re made of stardust?
You mistake the sparkle for the freckles,
Look towards the rainbow, let the dull flicker.
And beneath this flesh of yours,
There’s something more to you.
Where all hell and heaven hide,
Where all the rules collide.
