Looking through the dark, at the moon and the stars, all I feel is calmness and a feeling of being satisfied rushes through me. I start with the moon, looking at its shiny silver white side ignoring the fact that it has a black intense one too. So peaceful. Then I pay attention to the twinkling stars. Its as if they’re talking to me, reciting everything that’s pleasant to hear. I see them dance on the silent musics of their own. They burn and shine bright. So symbolic.
The darkness is needed for the light to shine.
: Lailah Gifty Akita
In order to spread the light and shine like a star, you do need darkness. You do need to face the odds to know and test your limits. You do need to burn like stars to be bright enough. Limit lines are what we create and thus, can be extended for good.
Things are not always in our favour. They’ll never be. But, we still need to survive. We still have to make choices. We can either be blind in the dark or be the foxes of the night.
I like the night. Without the dark, we’d never see the stars.
: Stephanie Meyer
As the odds are not always in our favour, we can either make them to be in ours by going out, fighting the tough times and everything that’s unjust or we can sit back, claiming no rights, being dependent and always wait for the right time to come which never does. We can either be deep-seated and vehement or we could just turn our backs, be weak and ignorant. We can either take risks and test our situations or we could sit back and watch the show.
Darkness is only driven out with light, not more darkness.
:Martin Luther King Jr.
We always have to accept the challenges of life in order to succeed. We have to go through tough times and be wise enough not to be perturbed. After all, diamonds need pressure to be what they are and stars need darkness to shine.
And when we finally cross all barriers then, we emerge as winners, as stars.
Let the darkness not be your fear, but let it unearth your hidden strengths.
